The Principal

Gil young has 35 years of experience working with commercial real estate development companies to develop properties in California and Arizona. He has most recently developed ten successful projects in the Phoenix area as a principal in Kimmel and Young Properties. Prior to working in Phoenix market, Gil completed a number of retail projects in Northern and Central California including  San Jose, Milpitas, Fremont, Fresno as well as a 120,000 square foot light industrial/office building in Fremont in partnership with Northwestern National Life.

Gil honed his skills at several other commercial real estate development companies before starting one of his own, including his role as Vice President for Marketing and Development for the Koll Company, a national real estate development firm. In this capacity he was responsible for development, leasing and sale of commercial properties in Sacramento and Fresno and was an owner’s representative for Aetna Life Insurance Company in the marketing of their vacant land.

Gil is licensed as a California Real Estate Broker. He’s a graduate of the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business. He’s been active in Rotary Club of San Jose, a past board member of San Jose Habitat for Humanity, and he is ready to put his experience working at commercial real estate development companies to work for you.
